Nmart Update May 21, 2013

Dear associates; today two positive developments in legal issues. First good news is from Vijaywada Court Andhra Pradesh who has granted bail to our two management peoples Dr. Riyaz Mushrif and Prashant More. Both have been released today.

Second good news is from Aurangabad Maharashtra where some down lines have filed a case against their senior leaders Raju Kamble, Pradeep Sakharam Poghe and Vishnu Dandge. These down lines were black mailing them from a long time. But at last all these three leaders got bail from Aurangabad court today.

Associates have patience and faith in our Judicial system. More favorable news will come very soon. Wait and watch for the Court Judgement to come in all cases.

Nmart Update May 12, 2013

Dear associates; more positive news for all of you. Another two malls have been opened. Good effort made by the management team of NMART. One mall of HOWRAH - WEST BENGAL has been opened today with fully loaded products today and another was opened on 03rd May BHOPAL- MADHYA PRADESH.

Now total malls opened till today are SURAT- GUJRAT, CHIKODI – KARNATAKA, MIRAJ – MAHARASHTRA, BHOPAL - MADHYA PRADESH and today HOWRAH - WEST BENGAL. 

Very soon more opening of malls news will come.

Dear associates; today Nmart CMD GOPAL Shekhawat was presented before Ongole Court Andhra Pradesh. From today he has been sent to Judicial remand for fourteen days.

Associates have patience and faith in our judicial system. Wait and watch for the decision taken by the Court in this case.

Nmart Update April 30, 2013

Dear associates; one more information in legal issues for all of you. Today CMD Gopal Shekhawat has decided to be arrested by Andhra Pradesh Police in order to expedite all cases. After seeking appropriate time he has decided to go under legal custody. So Andhra Pradesh police has arrested him today. This event will help in clearing all legal cases in Andhra Pradesh very soon. This step has been taken only because bail of CMD was not possible.

Other work such as mall opening, company management etc will continue as usual by NMART other Director’s and management team. No work will suffer due to this event.

Associates have patience and co-operate with the company and do not believe in rumor etc. All the events are preplanned and going on its way in order to restart NMART as early possible after clearing all legal issues.

Dear associates; more positive news for all of you. Another good effort made by the management team of NMART. One more mall of MIRAJ - MAHARASHTRA has been opened today with fully loaded products today.

This month malls opened at SURAT- GUJRAT, CHIKODI – KARNATAKA and today MIRAJ – MAHARASHTRA. Very soon the next possible target of opening mall is CALICUT – KERALA mall.

Several NMART ASSOCIATES have contributed their all possible efforts in opening of these malls. NMART management will open step by step every mall in India. But leaders and associates if you want malls to be opened early in your area as per terms and conditions of above malls then, contact immediately to the management team of NMART.

Associates have patience and co-operate with these mall operators so that it may run successfully. Be alert and do not believe on such peoples who were absconding in hard times and now when some good news coming they are again back in spreading rumor /false praising of company through SMS face book etc.

Nmart Update April 11, 2013

Dear associates; another positive and a very good joint effort made by the management team of NMART and NMART Associates. I hereby inform you, one more mall of CHIKODI district BELGAUM KARNATAKA has been opened with fully loaded products today.

I would like to tell all of you a remarkable effort made by our NMART Associates for opening of this mall. This is the first mall in India which has been opened with the joint effort of NMART Associates and NMART management. Several NMART ASSOCIATES have contributed in fund management for opening of this mall. Hats off to those dedicated NMART Associates for their dedication towards NMART and setting an example for other NMART Associates.

So associates have patience and co-operate with the CHIKODI mall operators so that it may run successfully. Entire process has been recorded of this mall and very soon you will see it on IBN7 channel. Regarding the development in legal issues, just wait for another couple of days. Some development has been made. We are waiting for official announcement only.
